This is possibly the best invention ever for trolling in real life. Brough to light in the most recent world cup, many many fans raged and flamed this horrid horn, screaming for its banning from the games.
Why would you do that???

At the same time, it became a hit on the internet. Youtube added a soccer ball button on their videos, and pressing causes the blaring horn to block out most of the original audio (for an extra whammy, try it with this video).
