Cooking
So I've always loved Chinese and Japanese food, but I'm really not a good cook.  However, I figured that if I wanted something enough, I would be able to make it.  After printing off a recipe for one of my favorite Chinese dishes, Pot Stickers, I finally got around to making them. Cooking up the cabbage.
